Authorship & Ownership

All concepts, ideas, copy, sketches, artboards, graphics, and code remain the property of Fatduck Marketing until payment has been fully received. Once the final invoice is paid, ownership rights will be transferred to you.

We always aim to keep projects on schedule. However, sometimes unforeseen challenges arise. We promise to keep you informed about such issues and work diligently to resolve them in a timely manner.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable.

Liability & Indemnity

Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any claims related to your use of our services.

Materials and Information

To successfully deliver our services, we need your collaboration. You agree to provide all necessary materials, digital files, and pertinent information promptly. Delays in delivering these essentials may affect the timeline and completion of your project.

Advice Given

All advice we provide is of a general nature, based on our expertise and industry knowledge. For detailed, personalised advice, please consult with a relevant professional.
